Survey Research Centre
The Survey Research Centre is a modern outbound call
centre dedicated to providing high quality, efficient data
collection services to researchers. Our 22 permanent
workstations and 12 mobile workstations can meet your
survey needs through state of the practice computer
assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) software. Survey
scripts can be created with simple or complex "skip" or
"branch" logic and the data is checked while the interviewer
is typing it in, thereby reducing the need for data
cleaning and verification. The sample management capabilities
of the software further reduce the cost of data collection
by minimizing labour while automatically recording
the call results, date and time, and other significant
information.
