| Senior Friendly Business Award The Centre on Aging has currently suspended the Senior Friendly Business Award. Past recipients are: Fourth annual awards were presented to Island Savings, Jacklin Road branch, and TD Canada Trust, Shelbourne Avenue branch, in 2010. Third annual awards were presented to the Apple Tree Restaurant in Hillside Centre and JJ Morgan Restaurant in 2009. Second annual awards were presented to Shoppers Drug Mart in the Westshore Town Centre, Langford for the Chain Pharmacy Award and Pharmasave on West Saanich Road in Brentwood Bay for the Franchise Pharmacy Award in 2008. First annual Senior Friendly Business Award was presented to Sidney Thrifty Foods in 2007. |
